Neighbors that cause insane issues such as - loud music from 3am-8am, smoking in the elevators, throwing things down the stairs - are left unchecked and everyone suffers. Packages pile up in mountains with no level of organization, and constant turnover of staff make it so there's no consistency in systems and everyone's always confused. You couldn't pay me to re-up my lease here.
However, companies can host events and charge the residents to pay for entry. It’s like what’s the point of paying all of this money in rent? For Halloween there was a masquerade party. What happened to costume parties for kids?

My family would have to pay to visit me, all because the community wants to make money. There are other apartment buildings in midtown with parking decks, but guests are given free validated parking. All other properties in midtown have the Nest Smart Thermostats.

The management does not take the feedback seriously or do anything to enforce their policies. This property changes hands of management companies several times a year. This makes for INCREDIBLY inefficient processes. Maintenance requests go unchecked, at least one elevator is out of service at any one time , and the gates to get in and out of the parking garage are nearly always broken or have issues. You can't have more than 4 guests to the pool or any of the amenities, but this doesn't stop non-rule-abiders from having ragers that trash the spaces quite frequently.
Auburn Glenn is still growing, Great staff with a good heart. But certain things just cant happen, like senior citizens on the 6th floor with no elevator, or water pouring from my window when its closed like its open. Aburn Glenn have new and up coming Things and it is a place you would love to experience. I truly love my apartment, the first place I felt truly at home. Ill definitely be spending a few more years here. Really appreciating the location with its Rich history and easy access to shops, the Sweet Auburn Curb Market, restaurants, library and highways.

New building already had water issue which flooded lobby and turned off water for 3 days. The elevators are constantly breaking with people in them. No gym now again for another couple of weeks and no concessions from the building. Only use the dog run if you would like you or your dog to pick up some disease. The parking gates keep breaking and they just leave them open. Car break-ins without notification from the building.
